Huadong Cocoa Food (Xinghua) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is one of the subsidiaries of High Hope International Group Skyrun Corporation, which is affiliated with Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd., the largest state-owned company in Jiangsu Province. Located at 2 Hongxing South Road, Xinghua Economic Development Zone, Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province, the Company was founded in 2011 with the registered capital of RMB ￥5,000.00. Surrounded by a river on its three sides, it has a scenic landscape with a land area of 12 hectares and construction area of over 130,000 square meters.
The business scope of the Company includes production, processing and sales of cocoa products, and import & export of all categories of commodities and techniques. The Company has an annual capacity of processing 20,000 tons of cocoa beans. Most of the cocoa beans are imported from West Africa, South America and Oceania. From 2018 to 2020, the Company processed more than 50% of all the cocoa beans imported by China.
The Company has a complete set of food processing qualifications and certificates, such as FSSC22000, Halal and Kosher certificates, etc. Currently the Company has 4 invention patents and 1 new applied patent in cocoa industry, and its products cover the whole series of cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor and cocoa cake, which are widely used in chocolate, baking, ice creams, pharmacy, health products and premium cosmetics, etc.
The Company has attached great importance to technical innovation and introduction. It has the leading cocoa processing equipment and craftsmanship in China. In 2019, the Company imported a set of equipment including a liquor grinding line, a destoner and a liquor conditioning system from Duyvis Wiener in Netherlands to improve the quality and flavor of cocoa products, and better satisfy the needs of Customers and Consumers.
